In March of this year, four representatives of Friends of Great Falls reviewed the public comments that were submitted in response to the draft GMP/EIS for Great Falls Park. Our review of the comments was arranged through the Great Falls Park Planner, and took place at Turkey Run.

We have prepared a summary of our analysis of the comments submitted by climbers. In this summary, we have concentrated on the overall response of the local climbing community, rather than on specific comments.

For this reason, we have omitted any references to individual comments, although we have noted certain comments from certain organizations.

We appreciate the assistance of the NPS in reviewing the public comments while the NPS process is ongoing.
